We cannot accept returns on orders, as each order is uniquely designed specific to the customer's needs and occasion. If there are any issues with your order however, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to work with you to provide a replacement flower arrangement to make it right and ensure you get what you ordered. When necessary for situations where we are unable to resolve any issues or deliver a replacement arrangement, we can do a refund for the original order. Thank you! We try our best!
